Popular cryptocurrency exchange FTX has announced on social media it’s giving away bitcoin as part of its Super Bowl ad campaign, but doesn’t yet know how much will be donated to those who win.

According to FTX’s announcement users won’t need to invest anything in cryptocurrency and the amount set to be given away will be based on the exact time FTX’s Super Bowl ad airs. On its website, it details that if the ad runs at 9:02 EST, the company would give away 9.02 BTC.

To be eligible to win free bitcoin from the exchange, users will have to follow FTX and retweet the pinned entry on its Twitter account between the time the ad runs and 11:59 pm EST. The Super Bowl ad will air during the second half of the game, and winners will be notified via direct message to the exchange.

FTX has notably been focusing its marketing efforts around sports over the last few months. The exchange partnered with Major League Baseball last year and with athletes such as Tom Brady and Stephen Curry to further promote its brand.

Its rival Crypto.com, as reported, announced late last year it was also set to run a Super Bowl ad. At the time the price of $CRO, the native cryptocurrency of the Crypto.org and the Ethereum Virtual Machine compatible blockchain Cronos, jumped nearly 14% on the announcement.

In November of last year, Crypto.com paid  $700 million for a 20-year deal giving it the naming rights to the Los Angeles Staples Center. The center has been renamed the Crypto.com Arena.

Similarly, blockchain platform Tezos is set to announce a multi-year sponsorship deal with English football club Manchester United, valued at over $20 million a year.
