The number of cryptocurrency investors holding at least 0.1 BTC has reached an all-time high.

According to data published by crypto analytics firm Glassnode on June 13, the number of wallets holding at least 0.1 BTC has reached a new high of 3,054,282. The previous all-time high was set on May 21, in the wake of bitcoin’s block reward halving with 212 fewer addresses.

The data shows the number of 0.1+ BTC wallets has grown steadily since the end of 2017’s bull run, with the 3 million wallet mark being broken earlier in the year. The accumulated wallets underwent a significant uptick over the last several months, as bitcoin drew broader mainstream attention for the halving.

Glassnode’s data also shows that the number of daily active bitcoin addresses is fluctuating between 800,000 – 900,000.

In addition to bitcoin, ethereum has also set a new record for the number of addresses with at least 0.1 ETH. According to Glassnode, ether hodlers have peaked at 2,984,080 wallets in recent days.

The analytics firm also reported ethereum gas usage had reached an all-time high, increasing more than 58 percent since the start of the year.
