Binance founder and CEO Changpeng Zhao met with Bermudas Financial Minister, David Burt, to sign a memorandum of understanding. The MOU will see the Binance Foundation provide up to $10 million of university training in Bermuda in blockchain technology development and compliance.

Both Ripple ($0.84) and Cardano ($0.34) posted losses of 4.75% and 9.77% respectively. Tronix ($0.091) recorded a gain of 3.85%, while Ethereum Classic ($22.13) showed a gain of 1.10%. NEO ($87.51) and QTUM ($23.60) posted gains of 7.59% and 6.35% respectively.
