The Japanese Financial Services Agency issued a warning to cryptocurrency exchange Binance, for operating with Japanese residents, without a license in the country, according to a statement on the agency’s website.

Most of the coins from the top 10 coins by 24-hour volume posted a negative change, ranging from 2% to 6.3%, in the last 24 hours. EOS (+0.91% at $6.62), Tronix (+1% at $0.36) and ICON Project (+6.9% at $3.10) were the only coins that showed a profit in the last 24 hours.

Litecoin ($159) and Ethereum Classic ($18.3) showed a loss of 3.5%, while Bitcoin Cash ($985) recorded a loss of 2%. NEO ($64.7) showed the biggest loss on the top 10 coins with a 6.34% negative change.
